The work is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, where the district government needed to paint an illustration on a wall with the theme "Vitality". The wall surrounds a block with three landmark buildings: the Jiangsu Grand Theatre, the Jinling Library, and the Olympic Sports Center. In the piece, I depicted three girls playing musical instruments, reading books, and playing sports - echoing the artistic, literary and sporting feature of the landmarks, and showing the diversity of people's leisure time in the district.
